Very complex client

Yesterday , I started a 72-year-old incomplete paraplegic for 57 years (Spinal Abscess T6 1969.)

This poses the most complex client i have ever worked with. In addition to the above, she also has a scoliosis which makes breathing harder as she is now relying on a wheelchair.

About 2 years ago, she went still swimming but had a fall tearing all 3 of her rotator cuff tendons.

Main goals are to regain leg strength and get her out of the wheelchair more often. Secondly, stabilising the scoliosis and also work on overall back strength and flexibility.

Last but not least her left shoulder to be decompressed so that pinched bursa, nerve and blood vessel aren't compromised.
