Career & Speciality
I spent many years practicing orthopaedic rehab with outpatient and semi-residential clinics in Germany. In addition, I worked as a trainer and physical condition coach for clubs, gyms and the Olympic figure skating base in Germany. I have also enjoyed the chance to serve as a contract lecturer for several German sports associations for 17 years specializing in Biomechanics, Anatomy, back-/posture and any kind of free weight training. I further taught students how to use and vary exercise machines specialising in Technogym, DAVID and MKB.
With my work experience in the rehabilitation industry, I specialise in orthopaedic dysfunctions and injuries. My other specialist focus areas for personal training include body and mind transformation, working with overweight clients and people 50 years of age and over in either Nelson & Auckland (See testimonials).
